This is not the first time I have been advised that I have been the winner of a fortune, and in all cases, of course, they get down to asking for money for one reason or another. I have no intention of replying to today's e-mail, and I shall delete it. However, can't our law enforcement agencies do anything to put an end to this, or are the perpetrators safe because usually they are foreigners? I received a similar e-mail today from Franklin Moyez & Associates. This is not the first time I have been advised that I have been the winner of a fortune, and in all cases, of course, they get down to asking for money for one reason or another.
